Thesis & Dissertation Funding

Overview and Forms
The UGSA helps defray the cost of creating copies of your thesis. You must apply for the rebate prior to your official graduation date from NC State (while you are still a student at NC State). Read and fill out the following documents to receive reimbursement for your thesis expenses.

The application is available here.

New!  The PDF application files now allow you to enter data directly into the PDF file. Try clicking on a line that you would normally write on and then type in the data. After entering all of the appropriate data that way, you can print out the form and get any signatures necessary. Alternately, you can just print the form out right away and fill it in by hand as usual.
